Kirkland Based Construction company is seeking Seasonal Work Crews for Residential Construction projects on Crystal Mountain in 2026. We are looking for Superintendents, Foreman, Carpenters, and Laborers. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented self-starters with a background in high-end custom homes and remodeling preferred. We are looking for forward thinking collaborative people to join our team!
We offer a highly competitive compensation package. Competitive wage, medical coverage, 401K plan with immediate entry, Vacation, and Holiday Pay.
The potential working season will be June (possibly earlier in May if the road opens early this year) to middle of October. There will be season work available in 2027 as well for those that we want to bring back.
All applicants need to apply with a resume. Photos from prior construction sites worked on will also be a plus. Carpenters must have their own tools and Superintendents will be asked to provide examples of prior work they have supervised.
All potential employees must agree to a background check.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable transportation are a must. Lodging and a daily Per Diem for Food will be provided for weekdays during the project building period.
