My husband is a welder of 48 years experience. I scratched my car getting my kayaks off the roof. So he decided to build me this one. We didn’t even know if such a thing existed. I did find them online for sale. So I looked and they are about $450-$650.00 and so cheaply made and the people complained that they hard to put together. Ours is a one piece, but we will gladly make it a two piece. We can make them lighter with aluminum or make them of steel.
We can build custom racks for your needs! So if you want a bike rack on the sides, it’s doable. If you want it to swing to the side so you can still get access to your hatch back or rear doors, it’s doable for an extra cost. Our kayak racks are much better quality and way more sturdier. So buy from grandparents with pleanty of Experience! 😃🚣
