We are looking for a driven, high-performing Structural Engineer to step into a Project Engineer / Project Manager role and help lead the next evolution of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple structural engineering projects from concept through completion
Own project outcomes—schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
Direct and mentor engineers and support staff, building strong, high-performing teams
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver efficient, buildable solutions
Drive design and analysis with a strong emphasis on wood structures for residential and commercial projects
Actively contribute to the development of next-generation engineering workflows, automation, and internal tools
Help build and refine scalable design systems that improve how engineering is executed across projects
Identify opportunities to challenge conventional processes and implement better, technology-driven solutions
Qualifications
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) required
Strong background in wood design for residential and commercial structures
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
Strong communication skills and ability to lead both technically and operationally
Self-starter mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership
Genuine interest in innovation, technology, and redefining the engineering process
