We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue and strengthen customer relationships at our auto-body shop. This in-person role focuses on converting leads, improving customer retention, and presenting our shop as the top choice for collision and mechanical repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and clearly explain our services
• Use strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward choosing our shop
• Follow up with leads, estimates, insurance customers, and returning clients
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional service
• Increase revenue by closing repair sales and securing customer approvals
• Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
• Sales experience is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn repair processes, insurance workflows, and shop operations
• Motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Sales experience in the automotive or auto-body repair field
