Our Pierce County based home improvement company is looking for 1 full time appointment scheduler/administrative assistant for our fast paced, fun, competitive, friendly company.
Your typical day would be making calls and taking calls to secure appointments for our sales staff in the morning, followed by an afternoon of performing administrative support to our management staff. No boredom here and daily challenges and learning experiences will promote you to the next level. This is a stepping stone position, and if you want to learn - they sky is the limit.
$16.00 per hour + bonuses + paid medical - it's all here.

Previous appointment setting experience a plus; home improvement marketing experience a plus.
Must be proficient in MS Office and CRM experience also a plus, along with typical administrative assistant background - filing, memos, professional demeanor and appearance.
