I’ve owned it for 2 years and used it as a stationary rental for a single person. The gentleman I purchased it from was an Airstream mechanic. It comes with the 1995 Owners Manual.
The genny works with the main power, although I’ve never used it. I have it hooked up to electricity. There is a 3 burner propane cooktop and a microwave oven. Both work well. There is a propane hot water heater for showering and kitchen sink use. Works great.
It has a very comfortable queen size bed in the back room. The couch in front folds out I to a double bed. The dinette folds out and sleeps one. This RV can comfortably sleep 5 people.
There is a 50 gallon fresh water tank, a 40 gallon black water tank and a 40 gallon grey water tank. All work just fine. There is an 80 gallon gas tank which is one quarter full.
This RV has 2 air conditioner/heaters located on top of RV. I was told it needs a new ac pump that runs off the engine, but I have never tried to use it. The original refrigerator does not work, but I have been using a smaller one that works well.
I installed an additional propane heater made especially for an RV, in front end of Airstream for colder winter days. It also has new front tires. There is lots of internal and external storage space. All in all it is in very good condition and has been well cared for thru the years.
