Former tennant left his RV. Here it is and all I know about it. No title, must be removed from propert promptly upon cash payment will write Bill of sale (have bill of sale from his wife). 25ft plus 3ft tongue 25RKS. Seems like a lot of things are working, water pump, flush, fridge/freezer, water heater on electric was luke warm, propane stove, slide out. Towing tongue, tires look good, lights worked apart from the right back break light. 2 doors, one to br one to kitchen, lots of storage, pull out couch, queen bed size sleeping platform. Has soft spots on roof and previously leaked front end bedroom but dry with tarp on top. Needs a really good clean, some caulk, light bulbs. Toilet/ black water tank is full and we have no way of dealing with it, that's why it is priced so low. Have a paper from his family, can send you VIN if interested
