More about me: Queer woman in her mid 30s. I work full-time 2pm-12am, as well as a part time student at TCC. There are two cats that live here, so you must be okay with that. They are both very sweet and kind. I am a more introverted person. I'm described as an empath, and care deeply about social injustices and human rights. I enjoy reading, watching movies and documentaries, and listening to podcasts while I get ready and clean. I'm neurodivergent and understand the need to have things done a certain way or needing special accommodations. I have LOTS of plants both indoor and outdoor. I also love birding and being outside when the weather is nice. My parents and niece come over once every few months. Will let you know ahead of time of guests and expect the same courtesy.
Ideal roommate: Preferably female or LGBTQIA+ male. Again, loves cats and doesn't mind giving them pets and attention in the common spaces. Respectful of others. Mindful and responsible for your own actions. Another student would be awesome. If anything about me resonates with you than I think we'd get along.
A background check for criminal record is a must.
A roommate agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties.
Proof of income is also a requirement.
