I have an upstairs A-frame style bedroom for rent in an older/small 4 bedroom home. We are located in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, and the home is surrounded by a 6ft wooden privacy fence. Rent is $675.00 per. month and is due no later than the 5th of each month. Deposit is $395 (and can be made in 2 separate payments upon agreement). All utilities are included. The room comes furnished with a bed, a medium sized refrigerator, a microwave and an air conditioner for the summer months. A dresser, a 43in. smart tv, and a convection oven will be provided if needed. WiFi is free. Netflix, Hulu Plus, Paramount, Peacock, HBO Max, Disney and Discovery Plus are all included for free as well.
We are 420 friendly, but we do not party and no illegal drugs are allowed.
Your privacy is important and visitors/overnight visitors are allowed with permission from the homeowner.
Small pets are ok.
