Yes, I live in a 2007 singlewide that I'm in process of remodeling. It's a 2 bed 2 bathroom and 2nd room is my spare room that I wish to rent out. It's a bit smaller of a room and it does not come furnished. I would expect that anyone renting not pick up a used bed off the street and bring it here as there have been a lot of cases of bed bugs from those kinda deals. If need be I will get you a new mattress. It would be a shared living situation with chores divided and the kitchen is shared. Currently I'm redoing the kitchen floor in vinyl planks.
Also I have to mention, I have congestive heart failure to which I will be having an open heart surgery for a valve replacement on November 20th. Looking to get someone before then if possible. Someone who wouldn't mind helping a bit more than usual as I'll be in recovery for at least 1 month and unable to drive as well.
Rent is $550 plus $100 deposit.
It's expected that you will not bring in any used cloth based furniture, as I am paranoid about bed bugs. My house is clean.
