I am actively looking for a wonderful person to share my home with. You would get two freshly painted bedrooms with new carpets, one large and one medium sized, with lots of closet space. You will have also your own bathroom with a shower and access to a claw foot tub. We will share living area and the kitchen. There is acreage here with plenty of room to garden, an EV hookup, and small dog friendly.
Monthly rent is $1250, plus utilities, first and last month rent and a $600 deposit is required to move in.
I would love to get someone moved in by March, or April at the latest.
I am looking for someone kind, considerate, trustworthy and possibly creative! I am a musician, performer and movement teacher and live a relatively quiet lifestyle.
