These came off my new 2025 Gladiator Rubicon with 50 miles on it so they are new-no rust, dust or dents or scratches. I had to remove to install running boards. They have all new unused hardware to mount them included with instructions. Check the part Mopar part numbers to see if they fit your Gladiator. These genuine Mopar rock rails sell for $1200+ so this is a third of the price.
