Near Mineral Lake. Rural, Peaceful, Safe, Good Neighbors. 8+ acre private prop with room for gardens/farming/animals if you wish. Partly treed partly pasture. Good fishing, hinting, foraging, trails, creek right out your back door. Great fishing lake just a mile up the road. Smallish though and not real deep. Definitely a no woke zone. Bigger lakes a short drive away. Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis. Could be horse friendly with a little work.
Basic RV spot with some elbow room 800 a month based on 1 occupant, 1 domicile, 1 personal vehicle. Need more land, space, storage, accommodations? Pay a little more and/or pitch in with some work/maintenance/improvements. Don't let that scare you off. if you've got more than one person or personal vehicle we're not talking about a big difference. Happy to negotiate with someone who see the benefits of this spot, and wants to be here. As opposed to someone who just needs somewhere to be. I realize nobody wants to move in the winter. Also just our location rules this spot out for most folks especially someone looking at a daily commute. I know the right fit is out there though and I'd really like to find that right fit and get someone in the spot. willing to negotiate a great deal for that right fit. At very least maybe your second month rent free to help you recover from the move in cost. Could even sweeten the pot more for the right highly qualified applicant.
Move in requirements: first, last, damage deposit. Verifiable income or resources. Background check. Great spot with great perks and incentives to stay for the right person.
