What you’ll do:
• Serve as the main point of contact for residents
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and move-ins/move-outs
• Coordinate vendors and onsite staff
• Maintain community standards for cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal
• Support day-to-day operations to keep things running smoothly
Who we’re looking for:
• Organized, professional, and approachable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
• Prior property management experience required
