Role Overview
Join a stable, local property management team as a Property Manager Assistant. You will serve as the organizational backbone of our operations, balancing high-level administrative support with active field duties and creative marketing. This is a critical role for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can manage property records and customer service while maintaining a vibrant presence for our properties online.
Key Responsibilities
• Operations & Data: Manage schedule coordination, meticulous property record-keeping, and high-accuracy data entry using AppFolio
• Administration: Lead applicant screening, draft lease documents, and maintain professional communications with current residents, and assist with property marketing and on-site showings.
• Office Support: Provide essential reception backup and general administrative assistance to the Property Manager.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum one year of administrative support experience in an office setting. Property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, knowledge of AppFolio is preferred but not required.
• Social Media: Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) for business marketing. Knowledge of Canva for content creation is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Professionalism: Strong attention to detail, ability to switch tasks efficiently, and a professional appearance.
• Reliability: Punctuality is essential; must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to undergo a background check.
