Job Specifics: Career Consultants play an important role in assisting people with disabilities in identifying jobs that match their skills and abilities as well as helping them with resume creation. As a Career Consultant you will educate employers about the advantages of workforce diversity. Assess job sites. Act as a consultant to supervisors, co-workers and the client to strengthen the employer-employee relationship.
Once a business hires a candidate referred by Vadis, the Career Consultant goes onto the job site to support the employer as they train their new employee. You remain on the job site as long as needed and then make periodic check-in visits to provide consultant to assure job retention and career growth. You will work with multiple clients at various job sites so reliable transportation is a must.

Salary: $2860+/month ($16.50/hour equivalent) to start DOQ
