If you are looking for a sport touring bike, the Tiger 1050 is one of the best ever built. She is mostly for on road, but can do light off road stuff. What makes this bike so special is that it is a true cross between a sport bike and touring. Don't get this motorcycle confused with the newer Tigers, because this bike will blow the doors off those, it would be like comparing a Camaro ZL1 to a Colorado. This Triumph triple engine is amazing and has a lot of bite with 114 hp and 74 ft/lb of torque, and she is at home weather you are cruising around town, blowing down a straight line or carving up the corners. Unlike other touring bikes, she is very stable at triple digit speeds, even with a full load of gear. The 74 ft/lb torque curve is also very flat so she has grunt in every gear and rpm. This Tiger has the panniers (all keyed the same), the matching top box, hand warmers, gel seat and OEM seat, fresh Mobil 1 T4 synthetic oil and filter, and 2 K&N air filters so you can have one ready to go in instead of waiting for it to dry. This bike is all set up for another ride right now, with fresh everything, I would not hesitate go cross country on her today. She has low miles compared to a lot of other tigers and is beautiful. I have the owner's manual and service manual which is great for added info and torque values. She is all stock so she travels the way she was designed, and won't make you go def on those 500 mile days.
No disappointments, if you are looking for a sport touring motorcycle, this is an excellent bike.
