If so, you might be our new full-time marketing coordinator!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide marketing support to the brokers by creating marketing collateral in alignment with the John L. Scott culture and branding
standards for flyers, postcards and e-marketing
• Manage social media accounts for the office and assist brokers with their social media
• Design and create content for social media posts
• Stays abreast of the competition and related industries trends regarding marketing
• Reinforces and maintains company branding standards
• Act as liaison between brokers and the IT department
• Administrative tasks such as reviewing, distributing, copying, organizing and filing paperwork
*Development and organization of Office events
• Additional responsibilities include: answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, and opening/closing the office, supporting lobby

Education:
• College degree or 4 years of practical work experience

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years' experience
• Knowledge of Social Media and Social Media Marketing, including video
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Publisher
• Portfolio of prior marketing materials
• Website design helpful but not required
• HTML/CSS experience helpful but not required

Knowledge and Skills:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Effective project management skills to re-prioritize a constantly changing workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Technologically friendly and social media savvy
• Solution oriented
• Detail oriented and organized
• A positive, helpful, can-do attitude
• Familiarity of the Real Estate industry dynamics is a big plus
