Primary Responsibilities
• Provide marketing assistance by designing flyers, newsletters, and development of buyer and listing presentations
• Create content for social media platforms
• Edit videos for web and social platforms
• Assist with designing custom broker website
• Update custom marketing pieces for brokers and/or branch
• Use custom transaction software to process paperwork, inform the agent of contract deadlines, and follow up on transactions
• Assist with internal CRM
• Act as liaison between brokers and the IT department
• Utilize and contribute to JLS repository of marketing material
• Help outsource marketing support to preferred vendors
• Administrative tasks such as reviewing, distributing, copying, organizing and filing paperwork

• Bachelor's Degree, marketing, communications or related field

• Ability to prioritize a constantly changing workload
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technologically friendly and social media savvy
• Ability to multi-task
• Solution oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Real Estate experience helpful but not required

• Degree in Marketing or related field or 2 years of practical work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Publisher
• Experience with InDesign or other layout design software
• Website design using a Content Management System
• Experience using a CRM platform
• Proficient in social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram
• Portfolio of prior marketing materials

Preferred but not necessary:
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS experience
• Constant Contact or other email marketing software.

Position Type
