Father Nature Landscapes has been helping clients live outside for 20 years and is excited to invite you to our team! We are a growing design, build & maintenance company specializing in outdoor living spaces, all phases of landscape construction, and maintenance services throughout the Pierce County area. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Production Assistant to support our 2 salesmen and 4 crew foreman in daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into the role of Production Manager. You must be able to interact well with others to facilitate productivity.
Responsibilities
-Assist with scheduling crews and daily job assignments
-Coordinate and track materials, deliveries, equipment and subcontractors
-Help manage project timelines and production workflow
-Support Sales Staff with daily operations and field coordination
-Interact with clients via face to face talks, emails, texts & phone calls
-Conduct job site walkthroughs and assist with quality control
-Assist with safety planning and maintaining organized job sites
-Communicate with crews, vendors, and clients professionally
-Help ensure projects stay on schedule and run efficiently
-Ensure clients have a fantastic experience with us throughout their project(s)
-Support both office and field operations as needed
Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face)
-Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software/tools
-Flexible and able to adapt to changing daily priorities
-Drivers License and the ability to drive a truck
-Trailering & equipment experience a bonus
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times throughout the day
-Motivated to learn, grow, and take initiative
-Humble, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
-Construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
-Bilingual is a plus, but not required
-If not bilingual, a willingness to learn Spanish
