The Job:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated Laborer / Crew Member who’s down to learn the trade and be part of a solid team. You’ll help with siding projects, carry materials, clean up job sites, and learn real construction skills that can turn into a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Setting up and cleaning up job sites
• Loading and moving materials and tools
• Helping install siding and trim (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
• Learning how to use power tools safely
• Working outdoors and staying active
• Being part of a team that actually enjoys what they do
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Likes working with their hands (and being outside)
• Can lift 50+ lbs and isn’t afraid of ladders
• Has reliable transportation
• Brings a good attitude — we can teach skills, not effort
