We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment and a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay, steady work, and the opportunity to work with a respected company.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and other heavy equipment as needed
Perform excavation, grading, site preparation, trenching, and related construction activities
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Read and follow grade stakes, plans, and project specifications
Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Experience with excavation, earthwork, utility, road construction, or site development projects preferred
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to safety and detail
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
