I have two different types of elephant garlic lots available. Each different type of lot is $5. Corms take two years to clove out into a head of elephant garlic. Cloves take one season.
Lots available are:
Lot of 30 Elephant Garlic Corm Seeds. $5
For planting only, not eating. Grown and harvested in my garden this season, these corm seeds come from elephant garlic plants that are as big as my fist with cloves larger than many commercially available regular garlic at your local grocery store. The corm photo is representative of the 30 corm seeds you will get for $5. You will receive an assortment of small, medium, and larger corms in each bag. It will take two growing seasons to reach full maturity when starting from corms. At the end of the first year after planting your corms you will get what I call a round, looks like an onion bulb. It is non cloving and about the size of a ping pong ball. You will plant this in the fall again and at the end of the second year you will have a full clove head of elephant garlic that gives off its own corms. Several bags available.
Lot of 5 Elephant Garlic Cloves. $5
For planting only, not eating. These will form a mature cloving head of garlic in one season. Several lots available.
I've also included additional photos showing this years corm harvest and some of the elephant garlic we have harvested.
