This is a sturdy, well built couch that was purchased in the 70's or 80's from a high end furniture store in Bellevue. Store was named Delteet. they went out of business in 2023 after 94 years of business. There is some discoloring from being in a location in the room where the sun was hitting it and some wear from use. But overall a very solidly constructed piece of furniture. If you were to get a couch cover for it from Amazon and maybe new foam for the cusions, you would end up with a very nice couch. the current fabric on it is a wool material which is very durable. Will consider offers. Delivery is possible if not too far away from Graham/Puyallup area.
