Well taken care of and in excellent condition. This was my grandma's sewing machine. It's a complete set. This built in sewing desk was made by singer. The needle on the bobbin needs a little maintenance. The 600E touch and sew is a slant shank machine with a rotary hook. It's one of a handful of different 600 series Touch and Sew models. These were made in the US and were pretty solid machines. They feature all steel gears, which means they are much less prone to breaking down. They also had a "no need to remove" bobbin, used discs, and was capable of being altered to do chain stitches.
