Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Service Advisor who will work with customers on both mechanical and collision repairs: vehicle intake, explaining repairs, authorizing work, and closing repair orders.
Responsibilities
• greet customers and accept vehicles into the mechanical and collision departments
• clearly explain required repairs in a simple and understandable way
• review and approve repair work and pricing with customers
• guide customers through the entire process, from drop-off to vehicle pickup
Requirements
• experience as a service advisor or in an automotive repair environment is preferred
• ability to sell repair and maintenance services
• responsible and detail-oriented
• customer-focused mindset
