Searching for Steven Richard Coleman (Tacoma)

Desperately searching for my uncle Steven Richard Coleman. He had 1 sister and 2 brothers. If you have ANY information at all about where I could find him, or his possible whereabouts I would appreciate it. Been trying to locate him for about 6 years now and trying not to lose hope or let myself think he's actually passed away alone. Please help me find him. He was born July 20 1959. Did some time in prison in the 80s in either Oregon or Washington, alcoholic, drugs were a factor, possible homeless but unsure. I have not seen him since 2004 when my sister came back from Iraq and we came to visit family over in the area.
