1974 Maple leaf 48 center cockpit, engine runs great, sails in good shape ( I injured sholder so I never used them ), I used it as an apartment while working in area. 14.5ft beam, 6.5ft draft all fiberglass 250 gal. fuel, 250 gal.water.

expansive front deck to lounge on. cockpit is deep and safe has enclosure.
at some point P.O. removed everything to make the inside larger i have been trying to slowly put it back. it has two heads forward is electric wethead, stern has been removed and used for storage.
still work to be done. I just can't manage it, Too old ,Too sore
