buying a house, selling the boat would help. I do not need help selling this boat. No Brokers. Ad will be deleted when boat is no longer available. I have shopped for boats recently, and for this price you can't find a good ocean boat that even comes close to this package for this price. Check out the link in my ad, see how I built this hardtop. This boat was just fished MAY 2018 for halibut/rock fish at LaPush.
What kind of adventure do you seek? Run up to Alaska and fish everything on the way? Explore the islands of the San Juans peacefully with your family? Take a west coast road trip and launch every boat ramp from Brookings Oregon to Santa Barbara California? Every stop sleeping, eating and relaxing in your new old, tried and true built tough 1978 hull turned into a floating and going RV. Nobody says you have to launch this thing to enjoy what it has to offer. It could be your trailer across America, then you might just decide to hit that huge lake in the middle of Montana you read about in the fishing magazine.
This Boat used every summer, and stored in heated indoor storage for at least the last 6 years during winter. New engine - professional dealer installed Honda 250 HP with digital gauges. This engine is awesome, powerful and highly efficient and reliable. Mounted last July 2016 to replace the Honda 150 that was on it for 9 years before it kicked the bucket. Yes my 07 Honda 150 kicked the bucket with 534 hours! anyway, also has Yamaha 8 HP kicker. follow this link to cool hard top build photos. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2202219223290.132647.1481623720&type=1&l=2912c10ba2 I also have a ton of pictures from rebuilding floorboards in this boat, moving gas tank forward, doing lots of interior custom fiberglass work, making it better and better all the time.. tons of photos not posted here.
Overall, the boat has been 'outboard motor' converted for 10 years. The hardtop was built 2011/2012 and has several rough Westport bar crossings under her belt, including being tested extensively in treacherous offshore rough water conditions. I designed and built it myself with the help of my friends as well.
