Holds 7 full size hotel pans
Top useable area is 89 1/2" × 21 1/4" × 9" deep
The stainless insert is 5" deep with perforated holes across it, you would put your ice on top of the insert and then display sodas, packaged foods, fish, etc. on top of the ice
It can be used with hotel pans, although note that the pan rails are removed, in order to fit the insert in, and are not included. They will have to be replaced or fabricated in order to properly use it with dividers and pans. Note in the last pic you can see the screw holes where the rails mount.
