I am a professional HVAC technician who removed this unit at my house. It has been installed from November 2016 until March 2021 It has the full factory charge stored inside. It was in perfect working order when I removed it. I upgraded to a inverter driven modulating Bosch unit so I no longer need it but it's just been sitting unused sense installation of the new year in 2021. I was going to keep it for another project however those plans are no longer valid. This would be a great replacement uni as I have faith in its operation and first hand knowledge of its service and reliability. This is a R410A refrigerant system. Please verify you have the right indoor coil as well as air handler to utilize this unit. Chances are if you have a heat pump which is a 410A 4 ton unit currently this will do fine and be an excellent upgrade for units such as 13 to 16 Seers non-modulating. I'm open to questions. Please include your make model and size of air handler/furnace as well as indoor coil when you message me. If you can get a picture of the manufacturer's name plate containing the model number and serial number that would be quite helpful to send as well.
