Pets Allowed: Dogs & Cats Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment Pet Deposit: $300 per pet (refundable) Pet Rent: $45 per month, per pet
Income Requirements
Household Income: All applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly apartment rent. THE INCOME CONSIDERED FOR MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE THE CURENT INCOME THAT IS OR WILL BE IN EFFECT MOVING FORWARD STARTING ON THE DAY THE CONTINGENT LEASE IS PROJECTED TO BEGIN.
STUDENTS AND APPLICANTS THAT ARE NEW TO THE COUNTRY: Students will be allowed to utilize a guarantor. The guarantor will be required to apply along with all other applicants and meet the same criteria with one exception. The guarantor will be required to provide proof of meeting a minimum income of three (3) times the monthly rent. A guarantor will also be required to sign the lease agreement. Due to all applicant's rental applications approvals being contingent on the approval of a Guarantors application, the denial of a guarantor will result in a denial for all other applicants. International students will be required to pay an Increased Deposit due to a lack of credit history equal to one (1) months' rent. Proof of current college or university full-time enrollment or current student visa will be required for valid verification.
