We are looking for a full-time, skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including day to day recording of all financial transactions, weekly payroll, payment of all payables, bank and petty cash reconciliations, and deposits for multiple bank accounts.
Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our accounting team and management to create and analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with state and federal filings, process accounts payable and receivable, and effectively manage tax payments. Our ideal candidate has proven bookkeeping experience, solid understanding of accounting and payable/receivable principles, experience in payroll processing as well as all liability payments and report filings, is knowledgeable with QuickBooks Desktop 2018, has a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and can multitask and accept change easily. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail a must.
