Established roofing company seeking highly skilled residential asphalt shingle roofing subcontractors for steady roof replacement work throughout King and Snohomish County. Arlington, Everett, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Mountlake Terrace, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Lake Forest Park.
We are looking for professional crews that specialize in:
• Residential asphalt shingle tear off and replacement
• Proper flashing installation
• Roof protection and clean jobsite practices
IMPORTANT:
Communication is our number one priority at all times. We are looking for subcontractors that answer calls, communicate clearly, show up on time, and respond quickly if a customer ever has a concern.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have extensive residential roofing experience
• Must specialize in asphalt shingle roofing systems
• Must supply all labor, tools, dump trailers/trucks, and equipment
• Must haul away all roofing debris the SAME DAY
• Must protect homeowners property from falling debris so no damage occurs to siding, windows, landscaping, decks, driveways, or exterior surfaces
• Must perform magnetic cleanup daily
• Must know proper flashing installation, valleys, ventilation, pipe flashings, and proper shingle installation procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Trucks MUST NOT have company lettering or advertising
• Must carry current liability insurance and workers compensation insurance
• Contractor must list our company as additionally insured on certificate of insurance
• Crew leader must be able to speak fluent English
• Must respond to workmanship callbacks the SAME DAY if needed
• No smoking and no foul language, drugs, alcohol, or loud music on jobsites
• Must maintain clean professional jobsites at all times
• Final payment is not released until cleanup and final walkthrough are completed
PAY STRUCTURE:
Roof Replacement:
Paid by the square based on project size and difficulty.
We are NOT looking for shortcuts or low quality workmanship.
We are looking for long term professional subcontractors that take pride in their work and understand customer service matters just as much as roofing installation.
