Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction of multi-unit townhome communities
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite safety
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet Westcott’s quality standards
Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
Work closely with project managers and the internal team to keep projects moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing residential construction sites (townhome or multi-unit preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Ability to maintain quality while keeping projects on schedule
Team player who works well with vendors and internal staff
