Collet Chuck, 1" Acura-Flex/Grip/Mill - $25
Unused 1" capacity CAT 50 Acura series Collet Chuck, # 91957 with Universal Engineering # 9400021 Acura-Flex nut for 1" capacity Acura-Flex collets which are readily available in sizes from 7/32 to 1". It will also take Acura-Grip and Acura-Mill collets with included Acura-Grip nut. It has adjustable tool depth set screw. 2.81" projection from gauge line, Coolant thru feature.
Note: I also have AF 1-5/8" and AG 1/2" capacity collet chucks (19617)
Indexable Drill, Chamfer Cutter, Reamer - $15
Excellent condition CAT50 Indexable Hole Finisher. This unit will open up a pilot hole to 1.2", then chamfer the hole lip at 15°. If you keep going you can recess the chamfer in a 1.7" dia. pocket. Depth from 1.2" cutter OD to 1.7" cutter OD is 0.9". Projection from gauge line is 5.75". The nose cutters sit at 25°. The existing inserts are chipped and should be replaced. All the insert mounting hardware is included and functional. The nose inserts are Txx-43x Pos and the chamfer inserts are Sxx-32x Pos.

Collet Chuck, TG-100 - $15
Excellent condition CAT-50 TG-100 Collet Chuck. 3.5" extension from gauge line. It has an adjustable internal tool depth stop. It uses standard TG100 collets which are readily available in sizes from 3/32" to 1".

End Mill Holder, 1-1/2" - $20
Unused CAT50 1-1/2" End Mill Holder, T.M.Smith Tool # C50-E150-800, 8" gauge length. Still in factory applied protective coating. Made in USA.

Morse Taper #2 Adapter -$20
Excellent condition CAT50 size 2 Morse Taper adapter. 2" gauge length.

Quick-Change (Bilz 1) Tap Chuck, T&C - $25
Good Functional condition Bilz size 1 Quick-Change Tension & Compression compensated Tap chuck with CAT50 shank. Universal Engineering # 163844. The adapter lock/release collar on this specific unit is a bit "sticky", sometimes when you insert an adapter it does not automatically snap closed and you need to pull it down manually, otherwise the unit is in excellent condition. This unit uses Size 1 Bilz-type tap adapters (with or without tang). 4" gauge length.
Note: I also have tap chucks for Universal Engineering Extended Range collets, Ericson Type G, Nikken-Type 16, 7/8" capacity UE Acura-Tap and Smith size 1 Ball Drive. (15949)
