Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer with Spray Gun and 2 Hoses - $100 OBO

Has spark, but doesn't start. Looks like it needs a spring kit for the pully system and might need work on the carburetor.
It's been kept indoors all it's life, and I have all the original documentation that came with it.
