Lightly used tool set to install door handles and mortise latch plates - $70 to purchase new
-DeWalt D180004 door lock installation kit with 1" and 2-1/8" hole saws
-Ryobi A99LM3 latch mortiser
-Disston E0101959 Blu-Mol Door Latch Mortise Tool

I installed my one new handle and several latch plates which was a breeze with these tools, but now no longer have any use for them.

The latch mortiser has a small gouge on top where I pulled out the router without turning it off first, but it's above where the guide bearing rides so does not impact operation in any way.
