Tandy Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 4 w/cover *UNTESTED* - $400 (Everett)

Vintage Tandy Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 4 all-in-one computer. It is in great cosmetic condition but needs to be dusted and cleaned and has some minor scuffs. No major scrapes, gouges, or cracks. I saved it from going to e-waste recycle. It has sat for an unknown amount of time in a dry upstairs closet. (Possibly decades?) I originally wanted to work on testing, repairing, and restoring it to add to my small collection of retro computers at home but with space and time being limited I haven't gotten to it. Now I think the right plan is to sell it to a collector who will enjoy it so I can buy our school STEM lab a new up to date 3D printer to replace the 10 year old one. Help me help the kids in our school!
Notes:
*Untested* It has not been powered on! I do not know what the status of the machine is and I didn't want to fire it up without disassembling it and inspecting and testing the power supply first.
It has a clean mesh screen filter that appears to be original. It doesn't look like a lot of grubby little fingers ever touched it.
It has a slightly yellowed but still very pliable vinyl cover from a Model III.
All the keycaps are present.
