We specialize in Structural repairs/modifications and Rot/fire/water damage remediation with special emphasis on situational accommodations, old-school craftsmanship and professionalism.
Typical, about half our projects are building a weathered-in-shell for the General Contractor (or the homeowner). Such as; selective demolition, setting the foundation, framing, roofing and siding. Often times we'll work alongside their crews as their specialist(s) to handle the structural/framing and other tasks.
We thrive on the difficult and challenging tasks. We're an established, personable family run operation w/flexible terms and arrangements. Locally building around North Seattle and Eastside since 1982. We typically work within an hours drive from Arlington. However, we've worked from Federal Way, to Burlington, to Spokane. Jobs of all sizes. From Wheelchair Ramps in Edmonds, to Shopping Centers from Federal way (Northshore village) to Spokane (Sprague/freya junction).
