So nothing i need is that difficult but i do expect whoever you are that you must be a animal person and good with dogs. If you don't like or arent any good with animals this probably won't be a good fit for you. The house is non smoking, and please no drugs, drunks or drama. No traffic or overnight guests. Im ok with vaping and 420 though.
I need help for the next 3-4 months with the possibility of this arrangement continuing or turning into just a regular room share agreement.
Rent is normally $600 month but I will reduce it to $250 for every month you agree to help. And if things work out long term may even be a little bit flexible on the $600 a month but let's see how this goes first.
Move in is first and last, so a total $500 to move in.
