Hey housing peeps! Super stoked about the location of this house. The place is right off i5 at 50th street on 9th ave. Spot is open Sep 1 (could be flexible)
Biggest draw of this spot is the roommates. Looking to build a solid house / roommate culture and definitely centered around cleanliness. Everyone is random roommates and are vibing super well. A few of the guys are moving hence the post. Having a house of peeps who are down to be a friend group outside of everyone’s primary friend groups is super key. Also down for introverts who just wanna kick it in their rooms so long as you’re still down for the sense of community we’re aiming at :) also multiple rooms available so if you’re applying with friends great!
So let’s talk location:
- about a 4 minute walk to the ave (all the bar hopping and restaurant strip of u district.
- Right at the 50th street on/off ramp for i5 for those who commute north or south it’s mega easy
- You can hold your breath and walk onto the vast grass area of university playground
- 4 minute bike ride (according to google maps) to get to the lightrail station
- Trader Joe’s is a 4 min walk
Let’s talk roommates
- Clean, friendly, down to hit hikes and tag along for local concerts oh also laughs comedy club is one block over and is such a rad date spot and host loads of local and big name comedians
- Mostly working professionals / 20s
- Mega clean - if you’re a dish stacker, look for another listing lol we want the house to always be a place someone could host friends or a hinge date or taco Tuesday with friends
Finally let’s talk about rooms. There’s four rooms on the top floor with three on the lower level and one massive room on main floor that has a private bathroom (Wilson’s room). Also most rooms have a walk in closet. We’re talking enough room for all of your clothes, your paddle board, winter tires for your car, and a reading nook.
All in all not your typical cheap co living situation. Wanting to set the bar high and keep it high on the cleanliness in the house and prioritizing having super healthy and friendly roommate dynamics. If this at all resonates hit me with a dm and we’ll chat next steps!
