Congratulations! You've found that house that you've spent all last week searching for. Let me guess, you want:
o an area to BBQ
o a large deck and backyard to chill in
o a quiet place to sleep
o an easy commute to downtown (just 1 mile from the Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride). And light rail is coming (in a few years)
o A landlord who is respectful, honest, and quick to respond to your concerns

**Note that the room does not come furnished as shown in any photos, this could be arranged, for a price, but I am assuming you have your own furniture you'd like to move in.

Starting as early as June 1, 2024, you could have all these things!

Located in the quiet suburbs of MLT. This is a 17 minute ride to UW Bothell, 11 minutes to the Edmonds Community College and just a mile to the Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride. A good location for full time students or professionals. Sidenote -- its also just a mile from the Diamond Knot Brewpub
About the house: Its huge!
o Upstairs: a full bath, kitchen, two living rooms, two bedrooms, and a mix of hardwood and carpet.
o Downstairs: separate entry available, a three quarter bath, living room, a sweet kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
o Transportation: The Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride is just a mile away. Plenty of street parking available.
o Utilities: Flat fee of $100/month included in rent (WiFi, heat, electricity, garbage, sewer, etc)
o Contract length - Month-to-month with the hope that you want to stay for much longer than that.
About the room:
Approx. 12'x 16', with faux hardwood flooring two large windows with blinds, and baseboard heater. This room has the unique tongue and groove pine board which makes for a log cabin type feel.

What I am looking for:
o individuals that appreciate quiet after 10 pm
o clean, respectful individuals
o 420 - is OK with me, just no smoking anything in the house. Cigarette smoking is a deal breaker, we can't tolerate the smell of it.
o pets - We might be OK with a cat if you are a responsible pet owner, but we already have pets and this is not a dog friendly house, our apologies.
o must be LGBTQ friendly/tolerant. Although we're in the PNW, so you probably already are. (:
o No alcohol or drug issues - an occasional beer is OK but we are a healthy house and will not tolerate anyone with drinking or drug problems.

Who else lives here? Two ladies in their 30s and one guy in his 40s. Two of the three have lived here for 3 to 6 years. All are employed and the house has a good vibe we wish to keep. You will have to meet them and see for yourself if it’s a good fit. I, as the landlord live nearby in West Seattle.
