Very quiet, tastefully decorated and gently rustic; it is not a B & B or Clean and Sober house; nor is it a fussy place. It's rural, nestled in the trees on 6 lovely wooded acreage at Tulalip Shores.

- all utilities included: Laundry, well water, propane/electric heating, septic, trash, Roku TV and Wifi. ACCESS to the Prayer Bunky and walking trails.
- This ample, VERY PRIVATE room has its own outside entry; queen size bed including bedding; side table, lamps, chest of drawers, bookcase; fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Storage is limited to the walk-in closet.
-Shared spaces include a bathroom with deep soaking tub and shower, laundry and kitchen, large deck and smoker or BBQ.
- Shared spaces are vacuumed by a housecleaner bc pine needles "happen".
- You must be tidy and pick up after yourself, be fully independent, prepare your own meals; you must have your own vehicle (not on busline).
- RENT REDUCTION - *POSSIBLE* in exchange for random housekeeping, handyman; riding lawn mower, gardening/weeding, etc.
- First and Last month, damage/cleaning deposits are required. Non-refundable.
- OTHERS on the property includes another renter on the upper floor, and the retired property owner resides on the far side of the 2nd floor with a pleasant old cat. Housemates rarely run into each other...
- We are sorry but this space cannot accomodate children or *unattended* pets (more than 4 hours.)
