Looking for roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that is approximately 1100sq ft. Queer friendly and preferred, but apartment is welcome to all applicants! Rent is $1980 dollars a month plus $350 or so in utilities on average, that will be split in half. You would have a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. We would share a full kitchen, a currently unfurnished dining area, and a living area with a large sectional couch.

The private bedroom for rent has a queen bed with no sheets currently, and I can help either set up or remove it from premises if wanted. The room has a fairly large closet with a long shelf on top and hanging space. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain or floor mat. In the shared space, the full kitchen includes a 4 burner electric stove top, oven, microwave, and an air fryer I purchased that I'd be happy to share. The living area has a shared closet for cleaning supplies and our in unit washer and dryer. Outside the living area is a small balcony with an outside closet for storage.

Cats are welcome, dogs however are at my discretion as my current cat has had poor meshing with most dogs in the past. My cat is a certified Emotional Support Animal and does not require rent, but if you have an animal without ESA certification there is a monthly pet rent fee of I believe $50 that you will have to pay.

A little about who you would be living with, I am transfem, my hobbies include video games, billiards, and magic the gathering. You don't have to align with my interests but its a plus if you do. I would like to give a tour and have an in person interview to get to know who would be sharing my mutual spaces. I am a pretty reserved person and am content in my bedroom, but I do want the apartment environment to feel safe to have people over for small gatherings. It's important to me that my bedroom is my safe space, and it is a must that it stays a safe space.
