Get your ride ready for summer. Freshly machined/assembled by Tim Hancock for your bug, ghia, or thing. 2020cc is a great combo, 76 Chevy rod journal crank fits into stock case with hardly any clearancing, 5.5" chevy journal rods give a great rod ratio, and thick wall 92s cool nicely and get you over 2000cc. Dub dyno estimates 110 hp and 126 ft lb of torque (more than twice that of 1600 dual port) but with a counterweighted crank and full flow oil system no reason it won’t last just as long. Price is outright, no core required but can give you trade in credit if you have a core. Top quality parts were used for this build and all parts were factory balanced, details:

Dual relief AJ code fuel injection case, 1st cut (.020 over - lots of life left), drilled/tapped for full flow, 8mm studs with factory case savers, and deep studded #3.
New AA counterweighted forged chromoly 76mm stroke crank with Chevy rod journals
New forged chromoly stroker clearanced I beam rods, 5.5" length
New AA 13lb forged steel 8 dowel flywheel with chromoly gland nut
New AA 92mm "thick wall" pistons/cylinders that fit into a 90.5 case hole but use a head opened for 94mm cylinders
New Scat C25 cam and lifters (similar to Engle 100 grind)
New AA 1.25 ratio solid shaft rockers
New Manton Chromoly cut to length pushrods
New 40 x 35.5 big valve dual port heads with single hi rev springs and small diameter plugs
New Schadek 26mm oil pump with full flow cover
New Silverline main/cam bearings, Mahle rod bearings
New Elring German gasket kit
New Pushrod tubes

Engine is a longblock as shown in the pictures, you will need to move over your engine tin, distributor, exhaust, carb, or I have all those things available new as well. Its located on Camano Island about 75 mins from Seattle (no ferry, small bridge) or it can be picked up in Kent, WA since its still at Tims.
