The package has been opened, but underwater case was never used. I got old faster than my hobbies allowed me to keep up. It is a beautiful piece of engineering that is good up to 150' and a used one will cost more than twice this cost. If you are thinking about underwater photography then it would be worth the money to buy a good used Olympus TG-3 or TG-4 and install it in this Camera Case. A good used TG-4 would be about $250 and you would be impressed with it. You can't get into underwater photography cheaper than this. TG-4 good for 16MP.
