We are a full-service IT consulting company that assists small to medium size businesses. We currently support clients globally with desktop support, server installation/maintenance, network infrastructure, cloud hosting/backups, graphic design, web hosting/design, programming, as well as other important tasks to keep our clients up and running at optimum performance. We currently have offices in Washington State, Oregon, and North Carolina.
We are looking for a full time administrative assistant to assist with streamlining our office environment. This person would assist with service and product ordering, timesheet and order reviews, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
We will train candidates if we feel that they will be a good fit.
Requirements for this position:
-Self Motivated and able to work on their own
- Highly Organized, detail oriented, and willing to go the extra mile
-Candidate must have own reliable transportation at time of interview.
-Successfully pass a background check. Have a history of being a person people can count on.
-Mature and have business orientated personality. Take pride in what you put your name on.
-High energy, no clock-watchers, we do what is needed to get the job done
-Hard worker with a great work ethic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
Telecommuting will be part of this position with occasional trips to our offices in Mill Creek and Snohomish, WA. You must have high speed internet and a place to conduct business while working from home.
Pay is up to $15 an hour DOE and/or knowledge.
