The pedal is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Awesome fuzz with the option of adding an octave up. Really cool pedal and rare. This is a reissue unit, not an original unit from the 70's. I bought this brand new in 2009. I did drill a small hole in the back to allow the use of a standard 9v power supply. The conversion adaptor for power supply to 9v battery clip will be included. Please see photos. Otherwise it is battery operated only.
