The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, operations-minded Production Coordinator to be the connective tissue of our production floor. You’ll help keep projects moving smoothly through multiple departments—tracking work in real time, coordinating priorities, supporting production, and making sure every order meets our quality standards.
This is a great role for someone who likes structure, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to see the direct impact of their work every day.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate production flow across printing and embroidery departments
Track jobs and deadlines using production management software
Communicate clearly with the team to keep projects on schedule
Assist with operating production equipment (training provided)
Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet Logo Unlimited standards
Help identify bottlenecks and improve day-to-day production efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years experience in operations, logistics, production coordination, or warehouse management
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who’s comfortable working across teams
